I'd type more but i just did and i accidently pressed another button and erased the original reply.
WEll, here what i remember:
o week: jumping castles and stall.
Bars: nice, friendly comfy and smoky. Smoky on the outside, not inside. Pool.
Not many parties, but i dunno.
Comps are on in 1st sem, pool, basketball [3 aside], cricket, tennis and table tennis. its costs to play in comps but if you win you get cash prizes. 1st prize is like 200 but than you gotta share with your team mates. Table tennis is the least amount, only 50.
Social life is what you make of it. I lived far away and preferred to get home early, but there if you live neared or want to stay there later there is like trivia nights, comedy nights, bands comps to listen to and stuff. I remember poster saying the Fat Pizza people will come and do a show but i didnt go, cant satnd that show.

woah! we get parties like every couple of weeks. The best one was the last week of second semester ... jumping castles, gladiator duels, bands, the pub was opened the whole day, fairy floss ... thats the best thing about uni.

Same here, i had a look at uwsconnect website and it seems preety cool. UWS appears to have a lot of things happening in it.
