TEACHER GUNNA stuff up MY HSC

I thank everyone in advance who decides to read this:

I have a serious problem! My English Advanced teacher. He does the bare minimum is everything and he actually jiggs our english classes at times. He RARELY gives work back and IF he does its very late soemtimes even months after i have submitted my work. It is obvious he has lost his passion for his work. ( if he ever had one to begin with). I begged him for advice and help last week , long story short told me to get lost ( not in those words ofcourse)

I am currently comming top 10 in all my subjects EXCEPT english advanced , rank is 70+.

I currently do several humanity subjects for example Legal Studies and Ancient History. both comming top 5. It is obvious i have a strong command of the English language and bestow no mental incapacitation to english

PROBLEM : i am afraid it will scale me down terribly since it is compulsory! all my hard work will go to ruins! :( !!

My trials are in just under 4 weeks.

Can i lodge a complaint to BOS , UAC or get special considerations for a teacher who is obviously is not pulling his weight?

PS he is the HEAD Faculty for english in my school.

all other compliants to officals in my school have fallen on deaf ears.

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP

Speak to your principal again, if nothing happens, escalate the complaint to the BOS or DET. I don't believe its possible to get any sort of special consideration unless the situation is bad enough, which means the teacher in question must be reprimanded.

And maybe start sitting in on other english classes or ask other english teachers for help for the time being.

There really is nothing you can do - not this late anyway. I'm willing to bet that the BOS receive many complaints like this each year, and they do nothing about it.

Secondly, no offense, but doing well in the humanities is really not a good indication of how well a student does in English - having a strong command of the English language does not necessarily help with the course of English.

just tell another teacher or something, so when he jigs class call in a teacher and show them that he or she is not here to teach you class. Offer teachers all your books to show how much work you guys hav done. It is pretty easy to persuade a teacher lol
