I came across this question in the 2005 paper, and i wanst sure about the answer.

Identify a source of international law AND a source of domestic law. [2]

i know it seems easy, but i was thrown off by "source". im not to sure what the question is asking..

does anyone know?

The two sources of domestic law are statute law and common law

I think sources of international law include treaties, agreements, customary law, etc. Not 100% sure on the last one though, check it just to be sure

I wouldn't gamble on using customary, although I can't see personally why not. But yeah, basically where laws come from (from a legal perspective).
