yeh, i use xoftspy i found it yesterday its good it picked up heaps of spy/ad ware that ad-ware didnt pick up. I also have hijack this for finding certian spy/ad ware but it also picks non harmfully software so i have to b carefull.

hijackthis- use this. its really good. but like fatmuscle said, you only use it if you know how to. i dont know how to. i just go to a full fledged comp forum and get help to what to delete from there.
