So who here is going to peruse the standards package next year looking for their handwriting or the handwriting of their friends hoping that their answer pops up in the exemplar section? :D

Cost.

Originally their was only ever going to be one but with the stuff ups in 2001 they did a second but are now saying the standards have been set so there is no need for a third.

This was from a head marker in one subject.

sounds a bit stupid to me since they are CHARGING people for the standards packages

Totally agree but then when has the boards decisions been sensible. Look at the new syllabuses and exams.

i would like to see my answers in there, but i doubt that i will be fuked to do it in six months time. I wont care about hsc anymore i dont think.

they're not? but they are the answers to many of the papers, to see what was marked right and wrong, they are good packages actually

i suppose if they keep on producing standards pacakages there will be standards responses for eveyr single question possible out there

That would be great, then everyone could memorize prepared responses instead of memorising history and social science essays from the textbooks
