State rank/all rounder certificates and scholarships? (1 Viewer)

Do you get a certificate for a state ranking? I know another thread said you do for all rounders!

Also do any Universities offer scholarships for state ranking and/or all rounders?

From what I have seen there arn't any scholarships that are specifically for all rounders or state ranks, however these accolades can definitely be of great benefit if you are submitting a scholarship application in the next few weeks.
