It's quite remarkable how he managed to get hold of that information in the first place.

Another remarkable thing was how they found the top raw mark was 118/120 in Maths Ext2 for 2006, which kinda disproved any speculation that full marks was achieved in 2006 (as Step got 100 in it)...despite the Board of Studies now refusing to give raw marks...
Wow, that is REALLY bizarre...

I'm pretty sure you dont need 120/120 to get aligned 100?

And this is muchly bizzare. Maybe they FOId it, as schools might have more power over info than students

dun think you need 120/120 for 100.

beause so many people got 100 for 4 unit without getting 120.

same with 3 unit and not sure about 2 unit though. I think you need 100% 2 unit for 2 unit.

Yeah, but the fact that 100 was actually achieved for the first time in Maths Ext2...since a long time (top had usually been 99 in previous years)...opens the POSSIBILITY that full marks was perhaps achieved, which led to that speculation.

I meant that when 100 was achieved in 2006, it led to speculation that the top might have achieved 120/120 (as 120/120 is ONE of the possible raw marks that can equate to 100 aligned) since then, it was somehow found that the 100 mark (top-of-state) achieved in 2006 was actually 118/120.
