Definitely do what ace said and get an allied health degree so you can get a job easier than a med sci degree (in case you change your mind about med)

aren't the atar requirements quite high for those?
Yeah they do have high atar requirements but a lot of ppl aiming to do med usually get high atars anyways - just not high enough for med. But it's not compulsory to do a science/med related undergraduate, you could always do something unrelated to med. Most people just do allied health since it makes med school and the gamsat easier

Physio, occupational therapy, speech pathology, optometry, dietician, paramedics, theres so many. You should consider what you're most interested in and you could definitely find a relevant allied health profession
first 3 things u said are literally the 3 things im applying for / deciding between hahaha

From what I've seen biomed is more focused on biology/sciences and how diseases work usually in a lab setting. Med sci is more the application of this info in diagnosing and curing diseases. That's kind of a rough idea but they're pretty similar. I'm not sure what the better option would be. I guess it depends on your preferences and what you'd like to specialise in once you finish med school, again they are pretty similar

in the grand scheme of things, there's practically no difference. biomed, med sci, health sci, clinical sci, are all synonyms of the same or an extremely similar course profile
i guess with med sci (more than biomed) u can find work in ipac and community health
