Is everyone going straight into Year 12 next term? Or is there a week or two where Year 11 course is polished off?

I think for our school we have a week before we go into Year 12.

Straight into Year 12. Though, they told us we're starting MX2 in week 3 (due to the current Year 12s having their exams) and probabaly the same thing for History Extension.

We haven't even finished the Energy module for Chemistry yet LOL.

We're finished all subjects, exc. Maths. But I've heard quite a few schools don't finish the Maths course before the first few weeks of Yr12 cause it's pretty content-packed.

heh my ext maths class finished 2U and ext course half way in T3.
But my silly school is gonna spend 2 weeks 'finishing off' year 11 stuff, though I'm sure most teachers will say 'screw that, lets do important stuff now kk'

maths is different as u's dont have the HSC textbook until around week 6 of the term cos yr 12 still has them for the exams. my school went straight into HSC. we had actually started some hsc stuff in english already (that was crap). for maths we were just given heaps of sheets and stuff on the board. we had a few text books to share between students too.

My school have finished everything I believe, can't speak for the extension classes though.

We finished economics with 4 weeks to go, our teacher is fucking amazing; there wasn't one concept I didn't understand thanks to him.

Don't worry man I can't even remember doing that so it probably won't matter for Year 12. Hell I can't remember most of the stuff I did in Year 11 Chem.

we start probably end of first week, cause we decide what subjects we carry
on and whether or not we are dropping them so for the first few days we get
our yearly exams back and talk about them!

OMG, everything you said is exactly the same as our school, maybe many other schools do the same thing. For English we had to write a piece of creative writing for journeys as holiday homework, well at least its done

We're going straight into year 12. And start it as quick as possible. We even got a head start for Biology
