Even now they don't have concession. Adult Opal will be cheaper than their current situation.

Also, what do you guys reckon will happen to paper bus and train passes given to high school students? Opal bus passes and train passes?

There's a child Opal card. However, a high school Opal card would be akin to the T-card, which high school students got around in 2007 (this was actually the failed predecessor/trial to Opal).
