I'm planning on paying this up-front during my enrollment day, but I've been wondering if we have to pay this before or after we choose our timetable?

But I read on the site that it needs to be paid before 24th of feb (i think-correct me if I'm wrong), in saying that I think one can pay it any day any time before that date....but not 100%, so again, someone please confirm

you dont have to pay it before you make your timetable.. it goes under the 'my finances' section when you're in e-student.. i think it appears on the 21st of feb and you have to pay it by the 24th.. thats what an info dude told me today.
