LOL.

To the 2011ers: Avoid doing that.
haha, but I'm sure most of the people won't =P (I mean most people who wants to achieve good marks like getting into the course they want! eg medicine)

Depends on who the "people" are lol.

But yeah, most people would just grin and bear it.
Yeah... that's true but I think most of us who used this BOS website study hard and all of us are really nice who helped each other like most of the people in my school, if you asked them a question, they will pretend they don't know or didn't even hear it. =( But I like to help people! =)

What kind of study methods are you going to use in year 11 despite it's minimal count towards our HSC results?

-revise everyday?
-cram in the weeks before?
-get wasted and bludge?
Hmm, many will say to you that the preliminary year is a bludge and there is no need to study or work hard. Part of that is true, albeit I used the preliminary year as a boosting step in my study patterns and getting them right - finding out what works best for me and how efficiently I can work.

My advice is that going home and making your notes, doing practice questions is a really good way to stick things into your brain. I regret not doing more practice questions (particularly in the sciences).

Just before exams, cramming is always fun... but if you've done lots of revision already then cramming will barely feel a task at all.

Can I add, sleep whenever possible. I really wished someone told me that in k-yr11. Actually, I would probably have ignored them anyway, but nyeh.

Weed. anyone know where to get it?
Alright, Go to the Copshop and ask them can you have a bag of grass and they will know what you're talking about and they organise it for you. I dont think it cost to much either.
