I don't if this works for anyone else but I was pretty stressed for the past couple days. Studying english by the hour gave me headaches and it got irritating. So instead of just taking a break all together I decided to study other subjects, like today I studied Maths for an hour. Afterwards I felt refreshed and got in the mood to go over my english essays again.
