Since HSC online follows dot points can i just copy all of them in my own words, would that be enough for notes?

Thanks

Nope. HSC online are just basic notes to give you a general sketch of the syllabus. I wouldn't recommend using it alone for your notes.

The key with using HSC Online is to identify where it is deficient (eg. certain dot points may lack adequate detail) and correct that using a variety of sources (eg. text books, tutor, Teacher etc.).

^this, when you read the notes on the site and feel like you know the topics in more depth, thats when you should relax :L

There is nothing wrong with it as a supplementary guide to see the level of sophistication of study required into the course.

It's an okay site for basic notes and fundamental concepts

You'll definitely need notes more in depth to get good marks

You should only use HSC Online as a guide, not the foundation of your notes.

HSC Online is good to get an idea about what kind of things you need to talk about to answer a dot point but it definitely isn't specific enough to solely satisfy your notes. Your notes should be the best of a variety of texts.
