Actually it would discourage people from stealing cars. you have to remember far smarter people than you and me made these laws and they are proven to work.

I'll explain what i mean by this with a example...

You want a car
You steal a car
You get caught and get put in jail for 5 years
People hear about your story

I want a car
I'm less likely to steal a car because i know i might end up in jail for 5 years..
So i dont steal a car
OR i steal a car and i know the consequences (and i dont blame anyone for my actions)

Therefor if there were more police chases, more people would be likely to not steal a car.

If you dont understand the logic behind this, well that's your problem

I NEVER BLAMED THE POLICE

i blame their policies!!

they should amend police procedures so that police execute 1 in 3 criminals (chosen randomly) on the spot

that way

there is no way people would commit a crime

and we would live in some sort of magical utopia for sure

police were just doing their job ok

so if we change the police rules so that they execute criminals

they will still just be doing their job

Perhaps you have a better idea which would work better than the current system. One which 85% of all Australians would approve, one which can be implemented without costing us anything more and one which would reduce the crime rate.
If you do write it up and send it to the government, if u dont please SHHH...

You cant compare Police cases with executions because executions are illigal, not moral and people dont get a chance to change. Whie poliece cases are ligeal, its not designed to hurt people (remember the police stopped the case when they thought it got too dangerous), if someone gets put in jail they will at least see why they are there and maybe try to change.

uh executions wont be illegal if they change the laws to allow people to execute people you dummy

and im sure executing criminals is much cheaper than locking them up

a bullet costs ~$1 and a burial like $500

locking someone up for a year costs ~$100000 not to mention the cost of a trial (what a joke)

um if the law-makers were so smart like you said

why didnt they think of executing all criminals to deter people from comitting crimes????
Shouldn't ask stupid things. If you think the law makers are soo stupid why dont you think of something better?

Seriously are u like 12 or something, because you cant seem to make a logical argument.

If suicide is a crime...then you just defeated your own argument
what

i just did? execute all criminals (or randomly chose 1 in 3)

how is that not logical?

it is following your logic

criminals should be deterred from comitting crimes

what better deterrant is there than the fear of random execution??

If the government was to vote on a bill where it would let the police kill criminals... would you support it?

If you do... then your just sick
