in my honest not graduated opinion i think you would be stupid to drop maths! this is bcos maths will look good on ur HSC and although it is boring as all hell it will prob help u more in life than EE2 or Hist ext. (unless ur going to study Eng or Hist at Uni)

I'm gonna do 4-unit maths.
mostly so I can drop english extension.

I'm also considering a distinction course, but I'm not too sure.

I strongly suggest you do consider doing a Distinction Course, it's a pretty damn good experience, from what I've experienced so far :uhhuh:
what one do you do?

the only one that actually appeals to me is philosophy.

I'm doing Cosmology this year, so I'm going to be biased in my assertion that Cosmology > Philosophy :)

But yeah, go to the Infomation Day held later this year, and if you are still interested, then apply for it, by all means :uhhuh:

No. But I did go to HK I was in Yr 9 (2005).
And I do know Keith from AISHK, and some others from St Pauls Convent.
And I like Ocean Park.
I miss the MTR.

Why aren't you doing your HKCEE?

Because I'm from Australia! And HSC rocks ! I enjoy the way of learning in HSC that encourages independent learning and thinking !!The assessment tasks are far more challenging than mermorising stuff in your text book!!Don't you think HSC really gives you the joy of learning ? simonloo!!!

The only joy the HSC gives me at this stage is that it'll mark the end of high school. :) Still, good on you for being so positive and good-natured about it all.

The only joy that i get from the HSC is that every passing day brings me one step closer to leaving my school for good.

No. And No.

But why'd you move back to HK? And Sham Shui Po rocks! It's been a month since I ate a box of Oreos! I hear the school in HK is hard! The last level of Elite Beat Agents is super hard! Don't you think that thunderstorms are pretty awesome? HKHSCstudent!!

Subjects for next year at this point: 3U Maths, Economics, Stnd English, Visual Arts, 2U Studies of Religion.

If I decide to pick up 4U Maths, then I'd want to drop to 1U SOR. But I want to stay with my current teacher , so I'll either have to adjust to a different teacher or hold 12 units.
