Self esteem survey
Dear participants,
The following survey is for my Individual research project which is for the Community and family studies HSC course. The survey will contain questions based at gaining information about my topic which is self esteem, and is aimed at finding out the different types of influences on the development of self esteem. All information collected will be kept confidential and feel free not to answer if you are uncomfortable.
Your help would be greatly appreciated
R Brooks

my teacher told us that we have to put age gender nationality and religion on top top of the survey
so when we analyse we can say for example most females answered yes because generally women have lower self esteem something like that or younger people have less self esteem than older one
maybe for yours you don't need religion or nationality but you should include age and gender so you can use it when you analyse
good luck
