I am a bit confused about what this means: "There are four questions for the Personal Statement,
please note each answer has a 500 character limit."

Do characters include spaces??? if so.. that is incredibly short.

Also are we allowed to add more to our supporting documentation than just solely our report?

yeah, it was very short. I ended up adding more stuff as bullet points in the fourth box.
