Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows what was changed in the recent syllabus update because i have a study guide from 2005 and i'll need to know what's different :) thanks

Theory-wise, I don't think much has changed, just use the study guide for understanding the concepts, and make sure you use up-to-date statistics, and you should be fine.

Main points to note:
- addition of United Nations, OECD, G20 and G7/G8 in 'Trade, financial flows and foreign investment' section (p 31) TOPIC 1
- rewording of the case study requiring study of the influence of globalisation including an evaluation of strategies used to promote economic growth and development in an economy other than Australia (p 32) TOPIC 1
- now requires you to study two bilateral and two multilateral trade agreements that Australia is a part of TOPIC 2
- aggregate supply added (p 37) TOPIC 3
- basically greater emphasis on environmental sustainability etc.

nothing much really, other than some deletions or changes in wording
