anyone has any good recommendations for a male character to use? Note that it must not be too hard to learn

i reccomend heihachi or jin or devil jin =]

i usually use xiao yu, because i know all her moves ^^

haha, on the other hand, ive almost finished tekken 3 xD
just trying to unlock the last character,, tekkenforce is a pain in the butt T.T

Hwoarang is fairly easy to use cos you hardly ever need the punch buttons. Very good for people with zip hand-eye co-ord like myself.

Nina is dangerous if you learn all her chokes and holds...

I love Asuka though (especially with that square-triangle combo which you can just mix up with)

yea that is so true but i dont know any of nina's grab. She is so fast but has very few low moves though

Is there a new version out for the PS3? Can't seem to find it anywhere at the shops. I always see Virtual Fighter and other games for sale.......

ask them for tekken 5.2 but tekken 6 should come out one day on ps3. Tekken 6 is currently in arcades

Hwoarang is the 2nd hardest character to learn (1st = Xiaoyu) according to many top tier players.

Hwoarang's stances, Flamingo + Foot Switches, are what make him so hard.
You have to learn what move goes into what, and so forth.
Once you have that down, start creating mix-ups and strings with him
Maybe even aerial/juggle combos like Korean Hwoarang Player "MaDDoGJiN". Youtube him =]

And for those looking for easy characters...try...
