To prove smthng is a p.gram u can use one of the 4 tests but not the properties, but can u also use the definition of a p.gram? which is "a quad. with opp. sides parallel" (ie. both sides parallel) . This isn't in the 4 tests.
idunno wot u're referring to there about the "4 tests".
You can use any of the below to prove a parallelogram:
* 2 pairs of opposite sides parallel
* 2 pairs of opposite sides equal
* one pair of opposite sides both equal and parallel
* diagonals bisect each other
