i havent come across a textbook ive wanted to keep yet although accg100/101 came close purely because my book was in such good condition and i could say i was meant to know what was inside.

well its in crap condition now.

My AHST101 text book arrived a week from exams after they ordered 2 weeks at the start of the sem but ran out

My boy and I have gone halves in all our psych books, which has made it a bit cheaper, but I'm still paying $480 this semester. I'm going to be so poor! Coz on top of that, I've got SAF and a parking permit, and then my rego is due in April ($800)... sniff sniff...

Its worthwhile getting the psy104 books. Its a package so you get the Gleitman textbook and the writing package, which is great when it comes to writing essays in psych format. And you only have to buy this package: theres nothing else you need.

First year is cheap cheap... second year is crap. I had a look at some of the third year subjects that I want to do, and they're not too bad... but start saving your money first years!

Anyway, will macquarie university be open between enrollment day and start of first semester?, might consider purchasing books between there

open everyday , there's summer school, other things going on, some masters or phd students having classes. co-op should be open every week day

Mmmm, I'm doing heaps of histories- HIST112 has like 10 books, coming at about 400$ altogether. I might weight to see what I actually need

PhD stands for Philosophical Doctorate. (Doctor of Philosophy).

When you do one, you specialise, so you look like

UNSW aren't a member of Co-op from memory. So you might have slightly pricier books at the UNSW book store, but you'll probably save heaps on course readers.
