Texts for eco/scientific paradigm? (1 Viewer)

I'm doing the economic and scientific paradigm. What supplementary texts are best for these two?

specific to those two, i'm not sure. the usual ones mainly explore the social paradigm. not sure how relevant this is, but try north and south by elizabeth gaskell. (if not already being studied at school ^___^)

Origin of the Species by Charles Darwin, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde by R.L Stephenson , Great Expectations by Dickens, etc.

maybe have a look at frankenstien for scientific...

charles darwin is probably your best chance.. maybe find some contemporay studies of his theories as well...

anything to do with marriage in that time fits into economical.. pride and prejudice, emma, mansfield park (all by austen) would work as marriage is the only way to insure financial security for a women in those positions.
