Honestly, I don't find Q9s to be any harder than the rest of the paper. Longer, yes, but not harder. The feeling for hard Q10s is quite good though...

I find Q10's much harder then Q9's. Maybe im just an idiot.

That weird differentiate bit in Question 10, worth 2 marks was really easy...
That test was weird...it made me feel uncomfortable..

In like every trial I've done I've done best in question 10. Trial I got 12 out of 12 on Q 10 and that was the only question I got full marks on. Same with today, I got question 10 completely out but I didn't get one part of 9.
But yes, it does feel good. Shame I won't be getting that feeling much in tomorrow's extension 1 exam :p

8 units is a very good idea. i know people who have done it and its just the best thing. a whole 2 units of free periods during the week, less exams in your hsc year.

you can either just bludge a whole lot more or it will benefit your other subjects. but 4 unit maths is a good option if you're up to it
