So, I'm sure we've all noticed those people that walk around counting how many people are using each room at any given time and know how stupid they are, they count the number people in storerooms, hallways, lecture theatres, postgrad offices etc....



I found out why they do...it apparently so that if a faculty is not using the space allocated to it, they can remove it from them and give it to someone else!

Yes, there is a huge space shortage with all the construction...

I've only ever noticed them doing it in the commerce building.
And the class in there is overloaded anyway!

They try and come into our closed run rehearsals. Usually they're made to wait.

What exactly are they constructing? Well, seeing as the whole uni is pretty much a construction site, i mean on the arts building.

PS. I hate the construction at innovation campus, has been waking me up nearly every morning! grrr

Well, there is the new engineering and health sciences buildings.

But I've been away for quite some time, so they could be done by now

The university is currently under a mass audit.

That is the reason

And the back area of the Hope is under mass reconstruction as well.
