Hey guys

I've read too many threads up asking "what do you write for creative" or "I can't seem to find an idea" or "do you guys have an example"

When writing creatively, there are heaps of things that need to be done (duh!) but one thing sometimes overlooked is that we learn from others' work (I think Orwell says something along the lines of that). So this thread is basically a place where all of us can collate postmodern creative pieces with length 0-5000 words (I say 0 for a reason ;) ). I think ideally they will be 2000w+.

This will help you develop your postmodern style, show you what has been done and hopefully give you some inspiration and finally provide example with varying credibility.

A quick google search.. Not really what I was looking for as an example but something nonetheless.

Rahul.

a good tip would be to look at the markers comments or the hsc they suggest to work of a few postmodern techniques and not to over complicate the story or in other words to keep a thread in your work. you could create a figurative compostion which is purely creative, or a dialogue/ court case peice where theorists argue points of view and make it creative with choice of charracters and narrators intrusion.

there are many ideas just odnt get "too" creative as the markers may not get the gist behind the piece.
