chocolate is the best. tell you what i like to do?
buy a small block (like the tiny, individual portion sized ones) of organic dark chocolate from coles/woolworths and spread natural peanut butter on it and eat it.
Sometimes if i'm feeling extra saucy i'll buy organic MILK chocolate instead of 85% :O

ahh yeah, makes sense, prolli start with a lower time and work up each week or something.

And my gym is my garage lol, will have to make my own class up.

Okay I am trying to cut 9kg
And then I will bulk again

6 eggs = 1740 kj

500ml milk = 1325 kj

500g chicken thigh = 2500 kj
250g mixed vegetables = ??? kj
100ml sauce = 500kj
