All the beers intermingle.

It's beautiful, really. If all the beers can get along, why can't we?

Everything on tap is pretty much the same.

The lower end beers like New, Vb and Carlton draught taste similarish, and all better then they do from a bottle, but the taste difference between just about any other beers on tap especially premium is very noticable.

Probably just subconciously associates certain vodka strengths/tastes with superior quality due to the marketing efforts of such vodka as someone said before. Seems unlikely to guess that many correct. I don't doubt there is a discernible difference in taste between brands, but i dont think that the cheaper brands necessarily taste worse.

Trying Miller Genuine Draft right now. Average at best imo.

Has a weird bitter taste to it. Like someone has ashed in it.

All that has happened is Tulipa has convinced herself that the sensations associated with drinking Grey Goose are the most favourable sensations she can experience when drinking vodka.

She was told by Grey Goose that they have the best tasting vodka and she decided to believe this.

Perhaps she can distinguish the taste of it...but there's no real definable qualities to it that make it the best tasting to her...she has just decided to associate the taste/sensations etc. with it being the best...

If taste is purely psychology then yeah...maybe grey goose is the best tasting vodka to her...but there's no universal quality or bestness to it...
lol i was looking at the vodkas in dan murphys today and thought of this:read:

A large component of what we perceive as taste actually comes from our sense of smell.

I smell, I perceive, I remember.

Favourite drink is beer, and getting wasted is the better of the two for me.

I can't do diluted absinthe.

Having it straight [altho that's not the "proper" way] is fine and I don't even flinch.. but mix it with water and sugar to sip.. I get shudders down my spine
