In an assessment task, I managed to simplify a question right down in algebra and then get the following answer

2+2=8

Is any1 able 2 top that?

My mistake was 11 + 5 = 26

A few of those mistakes, costed me 8% of my 3U half yearly... and I've never had these issues in year 7-10. Why now?!

i can top this..... in year 8 i wondered why i did the whole exam with about half the time remaining, and then when i got the test back i realised the pages were double sided! i got 43% which i was proud of since i attempted half the marks...... better to make the minstake then than now i guess.

i wrote 274 then on my next line i wrote 574 aqnd stuffed up my whole question was pissed. i did ln(1/0) then on the next line was ln(infinity) then the answer was stupidly=0 worst mistake i made on an exam.
