hommous dip:
Boil chic peas until they are nice and soft (this will take more than five minutes)
drain the water and place the cooked chic peas in a blender..blend until smooth.
place the chic peas puree into a bowl.
add lemon (the amount that you put depends on how much chic peas puree you have)
add salt..just until its nicely seasoned.
add tahini (sesame seed oil)
and then mix that all togehter
add a dash of olive oil and youre set to go!

baba ghanouj dip:
get an eggplant and place it on the barbecue (this gives it a nice smokey taste..alternatively, you could chop up the eggplant, place it in a sealed container with some water and you could pop it into the microwave until its cooked)
when the eggplant is nice and soft, you peel off the skin of the eggplant and you place it into a blender
take the eggplant puree out
add salt and lemon and the tahini (as specified above)
and add a dash of olive oil on top.

you could also chop up some mint and parsley and sprinkle that over the top.
note that for both the baba ghanouj and the hommous (you could buy the puree from any arab corner store so all youll have to do is open the can and add the leon, salt and tahini yourself, but making it at home tastes best)

1. Boil pasta. Drain.
2. Mince the garlic (and fresh parsely if using).
3. 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in the same pan the spaghetti was in. Heat up, then add in the garlic and parsely. Sautee for 2 minutes max, don't burn the garlic.

Okay, these are some of the recipes I have accumulated over the years (being a super lazy teenager).

Cheese Toastie
Ingredients: Bread, cheese (fancy option: mustard)
Method:
- Place cheese on bread
- Microwave until cheese has melted OR use a sandwich press OR sandwich grill.
Done.

Egg Sandwich
Ingredients: 1 egg, bread, salt, pepper
Method:
- Crack egg on frying pan, and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Leave until cooked.
- Place on bread.
Done.

Mug Cake
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons self raising flour, 1 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa (or whatever flavour you can find. E.g. coffee), 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon oil, MUG
Method:
- Place all dry ingredients in the mug and then mix.
- Add the cracked egg in. Mix. Then add oil and milk. Mix.
- You can add choc chips if you can find them
- Place in microwave for 2.5-3 minutes, depending on how good your microwave is.
- Leave to cool for a hit.
Done.

Bread + Stuff
Ingredients: Bread, stuff (anything. Can be nutella, peanut butter, vegemite, butter, banana, tomato, avocado)
Method:
- Toast or leave bread as is.
- Place stuff on bread.
Done.

Tuna rice
Ingredients: Leftover rice, canned tuna, avocado (optional), salt, pepper, sauce (optional)
Method:
- Mix.
Done.

Magic
Ingredients: Bread, nutella, banana
Method:
- Toast bread
- Spread nutella on bread.
- Slice bananas and place on bread
Done.

4 minute fried rice
Ingredients: Frozen veggies, leftover rice, soy sauce, meat (optional. E.g. leftover mice, canned fish), salt, pepper, egg
Method:
- Place frozen veggies in a pan and cook.
- Add the egg to the pan, making sure you keep mixing (so they scrambled).
- Add the (already cooked) meat
- Put the rice in the pan
- Add soy sauce
Done.

Mind blank. I'll post the rest when I think of them. Just be creative. I usually look for leftovers and just chuck them in a pan + anything that looks edible in the fridge + mix random sauces together and add them to the mix. Usually it becomes some sort of a thick paste and I just chick it on bread and eat. Also, 2 minute noodles.

\\ Me:

timescale 1s;

module AD's_weight_loss_diet(input meat, input CLK, input hungry, output eat, output cook);

always @ (posedge CLK) begin

if (hungry == 1 && meat == 1) begin

\* So when I am hungry, and raw meat is available, to cook, from the fridge or freezer, then I cook and eat it. *\

cook = 1;
eat = 1;

end else begin

cook = 0;
eat = 0;

end
end
endmodule

\* takes less than 10 minutes to eat and cook combined (depends how you eat the meat, but generally I may have a bit of bread, or just eat it by itself with some salad on the side).

verilog ftw :spin:

note that I lost 8-10 kgs this way in 4 months :spin: *\

So you had mainly a protein diet? That's how you lost the weight I'm guessing.

My brother, a very strict meat-eater, no veggies. Full carb and protein diet, with occasional helping of salad once every four months. He lost so much weight (I think around 10kg in very very little time)

He pretty much did what I did then.

Except I had zero carbs for a while. I only introduced carbs these holidays.

Tbh, meat makes you feel full for longer to the point that I could cut down to two meals a day if I wanted to these holidays, but I'm used to three and will need to do so in uni any way.
