23/23 final rank gives you the lowest external mark from your cohort (assuming the lowest isn't some crazy outlier)

also, just cuz further math covers more than 3u+4u doesn't mean it's harder , STEP is defo harder than 4u but I'm pretty sure A levels itself isn't
