I saw the Italian Job on Saturday night. it was fun and good for the'I've been there' factor whent hey were in venice. ***1/2

And iw ant to see Finding nemo!

I saw the Italian Job yesterday, i'd actually give it 4 stars.

Personally I think Mark Wahlberg earned the 4th star, he was so hot.

I saw the previews to Pirates of the Carribean and I would just like to say alothough I haven't seen it, i'm giving it ***** for Orlando and Johnny.

we rented it and watched it at my friends place... i saw the first part... kinda fell asleep... cos there were 2 chicks and 12 guys, kinda outnumbered... i wanted to watch anything else...

28 Days Later. *****
Oh yeah baby! Zombies! Fuck I love the undead in film. Although there wasn't gratuitous shotgun action the movie still was able to give thrills. The opening shots featured apocalyptic London, which was very, very cool. Had me and Mcdickpants puzzled how on earth they pulled it off (he informs me they did it very early in the morning). This film was a welcome breath of stagnant decaying air that I've been craving. Quite the inspiration. Perhaps you lot may be seeing a post apocalyptic Bathurst in the Andronicarse/Mcdickpants Zombie-O-rama.

IT WAS TERRIBLE

I liked the first one but in this one the jokes were tired and everything was just stupid. Don't go and see it.

i saw american wedding last night...umph that was a waste of an hour and a half. the first one was good, they shoulda stopped there. they tried so hard to be funny but i guess it didnt work third time round

indeed, although I did enjoy the second one....

Buffalo Soldiers 7.5/10 (Some great black humour with some serious commentary on the US army)
Identity 7.5/10 (Great triple whammy plot twists)
Italian Job 6.5/10 (Good straightforward fun)
American Pie 5/10 (Passable, could've been much worse)
Terminator 3 7.5/10 (Not nearly as good as the last two, esp. T2, but it has some well crafted/edited action scenes... and it shatters the whole "free will" theme of the last two movies)
Hulk 5.5/10 (A great disappointment, considering Ang Lee was at the helm. Took itself *way* to seriously considering the subject matter)

Donnie Darko 8.5/10 (A great mind bender, definitely a great movie to watch over and over again)
Wag the Dog 6/10 (Meh, I expected much more. Too much hyperbole even for a satire)
English Patient 7/10 (Overrated, but some genuinely emotional bits)
The Two Towers 8/10 (Seen this so many times now, some of the changes that used to annoy me, annoy me less... but it pales in comparison to the first one. hopefully the third one improves on both)
