Clairegirl, you're right - eggs are healthy as they've got omega 3. I love having scambled eggs for breakfast :)

I'm going to bake a loaf of bread tomorrow so that I can also have scrambled eggs on toast :D

Or maybe just buttered toast.

Or maybe just fresh bread, straight out of the oven!!! yummmmmmmmmmmm!

welll cholesterol won't affect ur weight (not that i know of anyway), and it is also unlikely to make you have high cholesterol if ur saturated fat intake is low, so its still good! lol

yay! I can eat my eggs and not feel guilty! I had 3 this morning lolol ... but yeah scrambled/steamed and i had it with chicken and tomato.. it was an extremely large ommellette :d that i demolished with a grin on my face :)

As for photos, i dont think i've changed that much, i still have a belly (which is still quite big) and chunky upper body lol ... my cameras actually broken atm so i can't post pics, till i get it fixed, which wont be until after exams

OMG!!! number 1 bread fan here. I eat more bread than anything else. Mainly because it tends to substitue my dinners etc. I'm not a fan of normal woolies style sliced bread unless its in toasted sandwich form but i LOVE italian bread (or anything similar), english muffins etc.

today.
breaky- tea with milk and 2 sugars
lunch- 6inch subway (chicken fillet)
snack- 4 or maybe 6 squares of hazelnut chocolate
dinner- piece of chicken snitzel and slice of buttered bread

exercise- WORK! yay finally got back into work today so i was on my feet from 9-5.30
- 60min cardio! YAY it feels so good to exercise again.

study- none! I'm done! woohoo
