yeh lemons have heaps of sugar in it! at least the bottled ones do, which is what i used... and its sweet

and my timetabling is so gay cuz of full classes and clashes and stuff grrrr ... i don't even know what units i should do to finish uni faster and get good marks aaannd be able to find a full time job :( im gonna be graduating from uni when im 40!

40? i think your kidding right? lemons have alot of natural sugars in them for something so sour.

i planned everything this arvo and it backfired! argh! i hate transferring like 50 times in my 7 years.

well not 40 but i've got ages to go! i want to hurry up and finish and be working and not worried that im gonna have a shit job. I'm so sick of uni now. I can't wait til im done!

Yesterday

Breakfast: ketoslim shake
Snack: 2 pears
Snack2: tea
Lunch: steamed brocli and steamed chicken
Snack3: two peices of cheese, two slices of fried bacon :s and a bite of my brother's french toast
Dinner: quarter of an orange, glass of coke zero.

Excercise: None, I had work and a memorial service to attend to

man i put on a bit more than 5...im losin it sooooo damn slowly, its painful :p

Today: Really good i suppose? in terms of excercise but food wise.. mehhh

Ooooh I lose more :)

Breakfast: Ketoslim shake
Excercse: went to the gym 40 minutes on the cross trainer, crappy 5 minute weight thingies
Lunch; steamed brocli and fish with margarine, salt and pepper.. oh gosh to die for!

Snacks: half a tub of french vanilla diet yoghurt, 4 slices of light cheese :( (i love cheese way tooo much), quarter of a kit kat, then 4 tablespoons of milo straight from the tin lol, one serving and a half of dark chocolate, two handfuls of mozzerella cheese, glass of full cream chocolate milk :s

Excercse: Felt extremely bad for all the chocolate and cheese I ate, so i went to the gym again for another session and did an hour of cardio :)

Dinner: nothing, felt bad about all the crap i ate for snacks

END

Tommorow: Having breakfast with mum tommorow at an awsome new restaurant (im going to be so late for work tommorow lol oh well!) We have to leave the house at 6:30, so i can get to work by 9:30 lol I very much doubt that will happen *sigh*

bleh i think i lost weight this holidays far out...
need to gain weight argg ><

today i ate

breakie - brownish congee thingy..
lunchie - ramen.. im convinced it had a heap of msg in it
dinner - fried rice

snacks
- had a large coffee with like 7 sugars..
- cream puffs

today:

I feel so bloated, soooo fulllll ... and i hardly ate anything, my stomache feels extremely large and i didn't even eat much today

Breakfast: bok choy n steamed chicken (half the portion i usually eat)
Snack: 2 pears
Lunch: low fat tub of yoghurt, ketoslim shake

I'll explain what the shakes are later, im at work

lol my diet's been so bad these holidays. Either I stuff myself with whatever's around the house, or we have days like today:

Breakfast - NA
Lunch - a small mandarin (given to me by a friend) and a hot chocolate (shouted by a friend), so essentially a free lunch yay
Dinner - NA

Great, huh? lol

Exercise: Taught for 2 and a bit hours today, feet are soooo sore :S

wow don't you get hungry?

today i ate:
breakfast: fried rice =/ so healthy + black coffee with artificial sweetener in it
lunch: fish+ i think its taro cuz it looks like a purple potato
snack: muesli
dinner: 1/2 can tuna and veg

atm i can't walk properly cuz my calfs are sooooo dead. i guess i didnt stretch them properly last time i exercised =/
