Disappointing to see Australia knocked out in the men/women's singles. :(

Federer has done it again. USO is his 12th grand slam.

he's 26 now. 12 majors. 51 titles. longest streak of no.1 in both men's and women's tennis. all sorts of streaks going on.

He's a living record book breaker. Walk on court, and there's a record waiting to be broken.

But that doesn't even start to talk about this talent man..... it's art. even if he isn't the GOAT, people have already agreed, he is technically the best, the most talented, and the most complete tennis player in history.

better watch some more tennis before he retires.

hmm 26, that's still at least 5 years to go.

when you talk about him being the most complete tennis player, i think that's taking a bit too far. he may appear so when he is playing with the players in this very era, but they may not be all that good after all. i am by no means taking away his credits, but he certainly has some flaws. take his backhand for example, he can crack a winner better than most, but that's only when he is set and the ball is returned straight at him. i have rarely seen him making a backhand winner on the run. hewitt, for one, is quite good at aiming shots on the run.

again, he is without doubt one of the greatest players ever. but flawless and the 'most complete', i doubt it.
