When you play reps you are taught how to do it (discretely). however, he let go of the other player who then decided to fall because he had let go. quite simply put, the new zealand player shouldnt have given him an opportunity to dive. He should have known better as the ref was giving into their dives all game.

Just like how lucas neil should have never gone down in the box to give them an opportunity.

Golden rules = Never go down in the box. Be extra careful in the box.
