well, umm... you do realise that it's study vacation. I.e. no classes are being held?
Therefore, the only people at uni are nerds going to the library.
And most uni things are closed.

It is, but *shock, horror* there's bad stuff too, but imo the good stuff far outweights the bad, and if all else fails you can just not turn up to class and read the textbook on the bus or whatever
