i just ate a yummy toasted sandwich that consisted of lite cheese, capsicum, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, salt and pepper on some grainy poppyseed bread. mmmm.

i was too lazy to make a blt, so i hit up subway for a spicy italian .. not the same, but still pretty good.

mayo

i've had this sandwich almost every single day for the past year. and i'm still not sick of it. oh how i love tuna. :)

Get tomato.

put in bowl.

CRUSH!!

get garlic

CRUCH!!

also put in bowl

Throw in some basil

Splash in some tabasco

Pour in some good olive oil

Mix mix mix mix mix

Ladle onto thick crusty bread.

Put sliced cheese ontop.

Another slice of bread.

Grill till it starts to smell good. Oh and it DOES smell good. tastes veyr good too.

Cut in quarters. Eat after about 5 mins, it will burn your mouth.

Woot.
