Yesterday I ate:
1 spinach and tomato omlette with bacon and toast for breakfast
1 large skim flat white
skipped lunch
a slice of white chocolate macadamia slice and a skim capp for afternoon tea
rudolph pie (its a shepards pie with tomatos in it, not reindeer
) and spinach/tomato/boccocini salad
Today so far I've eaten another large breakfast of bacon, an egg, tomato, avocado and turkish bread with a skim flat white.
I'm skipping lunch
and I've had about 6 cups of water at work, a cup of tea and a toilet break, due to said water/tea
And I've done virtually no study in the past week apart from the preparation for that pesky presentation on Wednesday.
I can only conclude that both in getting fat AND failing, I'm doing nicely
