How do you incorporate the themes and challenges into an essay??

If you look at most of the Legal essay questions, they actually come from the themes and challenges themselves. Basically, it's a good idea to have an understanding of how the themes and challenges relate to the content, for example, the role of discretion, which is a theme for Crime, and the section of work on reporting crime, or bail and remand. As we know, it is up to the discretion of citizens to report crime, and the discretion of judges, to a certain extent, to grant bail or remand, so the best approach is to make sure your notes are written by linking the content to the themes and challenges, which will prepare you for any essay.
