Obviously get like 2-3 peoples notes on the same topic, then just get the best bits from each one for your own copy because sometimes the notes are wrong (not really wrong, just don't address the dot point correctly) or go into different amounts of detail.
That's what I do.

i make my own summaries based on what the teacher emphasises, after all they are the ones who set hte internal exams

Do you think that it is a good idea if I don't write up my own notes for Physics,Chemistry and Biology but instead use the ones on the resources section?
Resources section = Extra source of information added onto your textbooks, school work, etc. The more sources you have the better, so they're a useful tool. But I wouldn't recommend just using the notes from the resources section. Instead you should use them to enhance your own notes (which I encourage you to write up yourself).

I have separate notes for each of them but these summarise the text book and don't follow the dot points.
You just said it yourself. Instead of summarising the textbook/sources, you should be using the syllabus as reference, addressing each dot point and concentrating on the relevant sections of information.
