Hi all!

I'm back for *revenge*, because I am the best! Since it has been 6 years since I should've graduated high school, let's take a moment to reflect on what we liked and didn't like about high school. Since I wrote this post, I'll go first:

I disliked pretending to be perfect.

i disliked that the one thing plaguing some of my friendships was internal competition, like we were always subconsciously vying for each other to not perform well.
really toxic mentality, i know, and its not one i wish to continue in my academic career

Unfortunately, the point is that good pushes good. But it seems like a failure of the system rather than the students.

I dropped out of Sydney Girls in 2018 and tried to end my life because I thought that I wasn't deserving of being in Sydney Girls LMFAO

I then redid Y10 and graduated in 2021 instead of 2020. My ATAR was only 91.55, and I tried to end my life again over it. Then I got involved with a shitty selective crowd at UNSW and exposed that I had been raped to the entire university to force them to leave me alone. I hope they're doing badly hahaha

My point is that ATAR doesn't matter that much, there are always alternative routes. So I hope you could all cheer up a bit, because it really isn't that deep hahah

Omg i am so sorry to what happened to you. A 91.55 atar is still amazing and you dont deserve what happened to you

Well, I think I did it to myself HAHAHAHA. I got too caught up in grades, and tied my entire self-worth to grades because I was watching myself lose my passion.

Well, I got raped by a Chinese international USYD student.

I still have a lot of self-blame for how I dealt with it.

I'm surprised I chose to go back to university. Considering how much trauma the education system has subconsciously inflicted on me; I'm surprised I still went back to higher education. I think there's something wrong with my brain haha.

Perhaps, I think sometimes it is important to acknowledge adversity. If we are unable to overcome our experiences and change, we would be like AI. I know before AI was created, I told myself that I had to be perfect because AI will be trained on my data. If I lose my humanity, AI will also lose its humanity.

What makes us human is the ability to change. I guess the moral of the story is I'd like to move on, because I haven't actually.

Well, you don't have to imagine: I'm living it hahahah.

Well, I guess my hope is to become the first female Chinese prime minister of Australia! There seems to be a lot of internalised misogyny, as we can see from the only male in this thread.

Correction: I think I just have a bone to pick with Successful Entrepreneur

But he's a kid, so I guess let us all forgive him!
