I have gotten three extended response questions for an assignment on legal. I already have an idea about some points I'm going to use although I'd like any contributions for possible points to consider.
All three questions are based on YOUNG OFFENDERS:
1) Discuss the issues surrounding the age of criminal responsibility. (400 words)
2) Compare and contrast how a young offender is treated in the criminal justice system compared to an adult who has committed the same crime. (600 words)
3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in dealing with young offenders in relation to the case you have researched. (1000 words).
Has anyone got possible points to investigate for this assignment for any of the questions?
