Hey guys,
So I'm a little confused with how the timetable works. I'll be doing UTS Combined Law/ Communications (Creative Writing).

Here is the link to the handbook: http://handbook.uts.edu.au/courses/c10313.html#F17

It says:

Year 1
Autumn semester
Select one of the following: 8cp
58101 Understanding Communication 8cp
58102 Language and Discourse 8cp
58103 Ideas in History 8cp
58121 Fictional Forms 8cp

Spring semester
70102 Foundations of Law 8cp
70103 Ethics Law and Justice 6cp
58216 Imagining the Real 8cp

Does this mean for the first semester, I'll only be studying either "Understanding Communication, Language and Discourse, Ideas in History or Fictional Forms?

So say I chose 'Fictional Forms'- that's the only subject I'll be studying for Semester 1??

Thanks for the help :) :)

You choose one of 'Understanding Communication' and 'Language and Discourse'

So that's a total of 3 subjects in Semester 1

As in I choose either Understanding Communication OR Language and Discourse? And then Ideas in History + Fictional Forms are definite subjects? Thanks for the help :)
