I was just wondering whether you guys do anything in particular to reduce stupid mistakes. I know that they are bound to occur, but what can i do to reduce them.

Learn to do questions quickly and get them right on the first go. Watch the details of what you're doing, especially in Conics (one of the easiest topics to make silly mistakes in =_=)

100% concentration. and mentally make a note when you make silly mistakes so you make sure it won't happen in teh same situation next time.
