Dying hair will increase your risk of cancer?

For:
This is because dyes sold before then contained toxic ingredients linked to cancer which are not present in modern hair products.
Using hair dye could increase your risk of cancer | Mail Online

Against:
Bahi Takkouche, MD, PhD, and colleagues analyzed 79 studies from 11 countries, focusing only on personal use of hair dye, not occupational exposure. "Our results indicate that, globally, there is no effect of personal hair dye use on the risk of breast and bladder cancer," they write.

Well dying hair is okay. My hair is black so I dyed it to brown, the sort of brown that is only viewable in bright light e.g. sun.

Black hair is ugly, or maybe it's me. :haha:

for males i think one shade lighter or darker is the only way to go if you really want otherwise you just look like some kid trying to anger his parents and has mummy/daddy issues

i dye my hair all the time....i dont use the packet dyes from priceline (or wherever)... i get it professionaly done.....it always turns out nice....and changing hair colour is fun.....as long as it looks good and enhances your looks not detracts from them......so no greens or blues :p

I like my natural hair colour. It has its own natural colour gradients, turns a different colour in the sun, etc - I think dyed hair looks flat and, well, fake. I'm not going to dye my hair.

Ye it is me from a year and a half ago. Which is a reminder to me: don't ever dye your hair blonde again.
