What do you all mean by failing? Getting less than 50%?

The reason I ask is that that concept doesn't apply to the BOS anymore.

If you haven't had an N warning yet you won't have a problem, even if you get less than 50% on your exam.

Just a note that in many courses in the HSC getting less than 50% raw can see a student with a reported mark of a low Band 4.

If you get a mark of less than 50% in either Year 10 or Year 11 it will be up to your school to decide what grade to send in for your ROSA e.g. in one subject a mark of say 44% could be a C and in another a D or even an E - that will be up to the school - based on the performance descriptor bands and the difficulty of the assessment set by the school. At my school for instance a mark of 44% would be probably a C or a D but not an E.

Actually I was hoping that I'd get at least a band 4, but that exam raped me, so unless my rank saves me, I would get a band 3 lol.
