how much detail do we have to go in in this exam when talking about previous cases, can we just drop the name or do we have to quote the judgments and stuff when using the tests?

Don't use quotations. Just state the principle of law, then the authority --

eg.

The risk must be one which is not far-fetched or fanciful: Wyong.

i just stumbled upon this thread, and it's strange that, even though i am doing an inferior degree, the content is essentially the same

i mean, i knew it was, torts is torts, but to actually see people talking about it

makes me feel like what i'm doing isn't to completely pointless after all!

good luck everyone, whenever it is :)

Yeah they don't really care so long as they can tell what case it is

But "Wyong" will suffice

Especially under time constraints :(

that's the irony man

law is so ironic

like.. imagine putting an exam at 8.45 when you know some people take an hour and a half to get to uni. it's almost unlawful

if we decide that the action might fail at the breach stage or something, we still have to discuss all the points through to defences right?

even if there are like 4 actions that we have to go through
