Think about it more simply, look up a definition of totalitarianism to use at start of essay, then evaluate how each area was either totalitarian in achievement or not

yea the factors needed for totalistarism are:
Totalitarian regimes or movements maintain themselves in political power by means of an official all-embracing ideology and propaganda disseminated through the state-controlled mass media, a single party that controls the state, personality cults, control over the economy, regulation and restriction of free discussion and criticism, the use of mass surveillance, and widespread use of state terrorism.
if uv got those covered by an anylsis of whther the nazis implemented all of these or not then ul b fine.
the accepted line of debate that the complete control of ppl never occured, there was always opposition, and that the ideology was not necessary hitlrs own, it was the work of a polycratic system that enables men of high power in the nazi pary to appease hitler by attempting t present ideas that stemmed from his ideology, leading to the radical ascension of the nazi regime to ideas that were not explicit in mein kampf. its also important to note that the church was never completely infiltrated, whilst Nazis did control many aspects, the idea of this essay was that each aspect is not without exception, and thus it contained elements of totalitarianism, but it cannot be defined traditonally a totalitarian state.
