Knowing at least two bilateral and two multilateral/regional fairly in depth should be fine and most effective

quick question asw, for topic 3, suppose we get a standard question regarding causes/sources and effects for an eco objective(such as inflation or eco growth). in terms of effects, do we have to cover all or can we pick and choose in case we run out of time(obv unemployment, inflation effects will be the main ones) but can i cut out some of the others to not waste time?

also with this, im probs not going to learn these agreements in detail as an essay question (at least for cssa) is unlikely. They had it last yr so idk.

I reckon you pick and choose the best ones that will support and flow with your argument.

for an essay question generally make sure you are writing 800-1000 words and have 4 body paragraphs each addressing the question BUT also having them linked together and not just seperate arguments disjointed so that it flows nicely and your linking back to each.

4 body paragraphs isn’t enough, you need at least 6 (points/arguments)

how do you structure a sources and effects of eco indicator essay? i dont think i have seen one for a while, i thought most of topic 3 was related to policies?

like how would you approach an inflation essay?
- intro - inc. definitions, key arguments etc
- trends - how has inflation been over time
- sources/causes - outline what demand-pull, cost-push, inflationary expectations etc are, how they relate
- effects - how does this affect things such as purchasing power, policy decision making, components of aggregate demand etc
- conclusion - summation of main points

If it was related to policy (ie. macroeconomic), I would seperate monetary and fiscal (in that order) and then by time periods for a fluid essay response

would "in depth" mean they can be used as units of evidence as part of a body paragraph or would you write a whole body on each?

usually they'll integrate the topic 4 policies with economic objectives (basically the issues), but the HSC can specify just 1 issue (without integrating policies) and i they could continue that trend w 2024.

2023 was environmental sustainability alone, 22 was inflation alone ad 19 was income/wealth distribution alone.
